Азиатские пилоты

Several years ago I was paired with a gentleman from China while attending Flight Safety for an initial business jet training program. This was sim period 2 or 3:

Discussed V1 go no go decision making. Above 80 Kts continue except for:

Engine Failure
Loss of control
Traffic conflict

He briefs that, and at low speed cannot maintain centerline, but continues off the runway into grass and cartwheels the airplane (simulator). We stop (crash) and when asked what happened he said he forgot what he had just briefed.

Reset, after V1 engine fails and he rejects takeoff and starts the whole off the runway cartwheel maneuver again.

Finally, figures it out and manages to get airborne and has engine failure. Vectors for ILS return. Assigned heading 270 he flew 180-360 but never 270. Assigned altitude, 3000, he flew 1500-4000. Target airspeed, 200 Kts, as flown, stick shaker to 300 Kts inversely varied with altitude fluctuations. Managed to get on localizer briefly and began descent but soon full scale LOC and GS indications however he continued descent until GPWS Terrain warning activated and after 10 seconds of TERRAIN warning he executed a go around. Next downwind was similar to first but somehow he managed to find the runway and land. The above consumed the entire 2 hour sim period.

The individual was a current qualified China Airlines B-747-400 F/O with "several" thousand hours.

Вместо плохого двигателя отключили работающий двигатель :(

Парни явно растерялись, то ли CRM плох в компании, то ли яйцы слабые. Мда.

ATR имеет autofeather и rudder boost лучше всего сидеть на руках и не делать ничего, чем делать неправильные вещи .Подготовка они не знали как этим пользоватся

Да, это за гранью восприятия, есть же QRH на худой конец, уж если все плохо.
